This place is just a few miles from the Dublin airport, therefore an excellent choice if you are returning a rental car and flying out the next morning. Or the reverse - arriving late at night and renting a car. My only caution - if you will be arriving after nightfall and it's raining, you should have GPS on to know exactly where it is. We did not, overshot it, but then found it on the second try.

The owner was close by and greeted us as soon as we pulled in. The accommodations were top notch. Owner gave us a close by restaurant to try. The breakfast every morning was great. The owner put so much effort to making the room cozy and comfortable.

This is our second time here we just love it so modern and spotless with a beautiful view to wake up to all you could possibly need is there for you and the owners are very happy to accommodate your needs and breakfast is different but really nice 👍

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay with lovely hosts, the very nice charming lodge. We both have an amazing relaxing time in the jacuzzi. The place is very clean to our expectations. Joy was very helpful and with all the necessary information to know the area and about for good food and shopping and historical sites etc.... Ross was so good preparing a lovely breakfast every morning with fresh fruits and more....

We stayed here while my son attended Greenmount. The lodge is only a short drive from Greenmount overlooking the lough. The owners were so friendly and easy to talk to. The room had everything we needed from tea, coffee and a smart TV. The outdoor area was 1st class, seating areas, BBQ and a fridge. We were allocated a time for the pool/hottub which was round in a private area of the house. This was a big hit ! Breakfast was provided which we were very happy with. Would definitely recommend 👌

Breakfast options are fantastic with a wide selection including fresh fruit salad and warm pan-au-chocolate. The hot tub was a surprise!
Joy and Ross were great hosts. We arrived late evening and were given a tour of the property. Very well equipped and a few different settings for different moments. After only about 8 minutes of country driving, we made our way into town where there several places to grab a bite to eat- also a Tesco also for other needs. From the Green Monkey fewer than 10 minutes and you are back at Belfast International but you would never know it given the country setting of this B&B!!
The house was beautiful and clean with a lovely outdoor area with space to sit around and have a few drinks, the hot tub and pool were amazing and the view of the lake was lovely at breakfast. We arrived quite late and the hosts still allowed us to have allotted private time in the hot tub.

The property is in a quiet place, perfect for resting. Very clean, has everything that you need. We booked it for my wife’s birthday and she said that this was her best birthday yet 😁 .. The hot tub and pool is in a private place, we had a lovely evening spent there.. The owners could not be more friendly, we were absolutely delighted with the hospitality!
