Everything very clean and well presented. I had the small double which suited me as a solo traveller. It had its own ensuite shower. All scrupulously clean.
Only slight drawback was that it was up 2 flights of rather steep stairs.. but there was a fridge on the landing for milk for tea and coffee which helped.
There was street parking outside initially and then once I had deposited my suitcase etc I was given a parking permit and took the car round to the Theatre car park. Plenty of room there. Walk back took about 4 minutes.
Breakfast was excellent..proper poached eggs! And gluten free toast. All very nice. Would stay again if travelling this way.

the receiving of my stay was very warm. Clear explanation of how to get in or out of the entrance, directions to the nearest pub, and help with luggage. Once settled, was shown where to indicate breakfast options and if not available some could be dropped off to the room. On leaving, the staff went above and beyond to point me to the bus stop and see me on my way.

Linda, Andy, and all the staff were so welcoming. Lovely room with a comfy bed and a great shower. The food and service were fantastic. Spotlessly clean, and nice little touches like having plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk, and toiletries in the room. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, very comfortable, easy secure parking for motorcycles, very motorcycle friendly. Very comfortable beds, quiet location but a few minutes walk to the heart of town. The 'star of the show' is Gail the host who greets you with a warm smile every day and made our stay so enjoyable. Gail is also a great cook and puts together a delicious breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was superb. And great location. Quiet at night, great shower .
Whilst having a brief chat to one of the other guests, he said "This is the home I would like to have!"
Perfect location right next to main roads and ten minutes from Brecon. Super pretty and immaculate inside and the grounds! All the facilities you could need for a short stay, and it felt quiet and private.
Quiet and secluded with a very private outdoor patio garden. Very close to town centre. Parking on the premises. Very generous gift of foodstuffs from owners. Comfortable bed. Good hot shower with no problems. Kitchen adequate to cook a routine meal.
Loved the traditional barn beams. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets and pillows were lovely quality. It was handy having a kitchenette so well equipped. The views from the velux windows was so peaceful. The farm was quiet, private and beautiful. Great location for different spots of Wales and would highly recommend the “Three Horseshoes Inn” 20 min drive in Brecon - fantastic food and service.
