Katrina and Tim were amazing hosts. Very kind, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. I was staying with my little terrier Otis and we had the best time. Very cosy room with cosy bad and massive private bathroom. Everything very clean. We came by train and it is only 30 min walk from Hope so great location. We did a lot of hiking and trail running and had the best time.
Good sized room and private bathroom. Very comfortable. Great location; central to many good walking options in the Peak District. Lynne, the manager, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast options. Only ate in on one evening (food not served Mon & Tues evenings), but there was a good selection. I had a lovely chicken pie and the ginger sponge pudding was to die for!
Gorgeous old Inn, great location. Excellent breakfast. Was able to take our 2 dogs, was on the ground floor with patio doors from our room for letting the dogs out in the garden area. Staff great very friendly place.
