Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Bathroom was amazing.
Bedroom was very well equipped which compensated for lack of breakfast offering.

The owners were really welcoming and helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and about the town. The room was lovely and we had a great stay. Thanks very much Michael and Luca for your hospitality.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location for the town.
Lovely packed breakfast in the room (thoughtful touch!) and fresh options downstairs.
Comfortable bed.
Cheap parking right outside the property.
Everything other than the shower temp being too hot. Everything was clean, spotless, beds comfortable and quiet. Great location for our stay.
Can't wait to stay again! ☺️
Great location, easy on site self check in, the lodge perfect for a quiet and relaxing escape with everything you need. Veranda over the water was fantastic, nice visit from the ducks and a cat. Owners more than happy to help . Highly recommended 😊!
Great value room, comfortable bed and cosy, had its own private bathroom. One of the cheapest rooms in town and outstanding for the price. Easy to come in and out. No breakfast but that's fine for me - plenty of tea and coffee. Would definitely return. Cheap long stay parking nearby at Tunnard Street. Also happens to be the best pub in town too, so it's a winner all round.
Such a lovely cottage with its own driveway and side entrance with an enclosed private garden. This was a real treat for me as I was staying over for work purposes. Loved the kitchen and sitting area. Bathroom has a bath which is a bonus after a cold day at work. Really comfortable and cosy. So quiet as well. Slept through without any noise at all. I would definitely stay here again! Lovely hamper of chocolate and biscuits left and tea, coffee and sugar provided.
great location near the city centre. perfect for the Boston marathon. 4 min walk from the start. the room was small but well equipped and comfortable. perfectly fine for 1 night stay. I stayed in room number 5 and it was very quiet. staff was very friendly and very accommodating.
