Fabulous location, 8 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station. The apartment was really lovely and clean, beds super comfortable and we had everything we needed for our one night stay to celebrate a special birthday. Our Host, Jennie was wonderful and answered all our questions about bars and places to visit, she was very accommodating and we would definitely stay again.

The location of property is really good as it’s only 13 min by Uber from city centre and 25 by tram also tram station is like 5 mins away depending on how you walk very clean comfortable and the service by the host and hostess was exceptional easy to communicate with fast replies and a warm welcome on arrival

Lovely comfortable accommodation. Couple very helpful. Let us check out late and kept my luggage to save us carrying it around. Tram stop really near by so easy to get to city centre

Great location, easy parking, lovely friendly staff from the car park to check in & the bar staff & the lady who had just cleaned our room. The attention to detail in the hotel for the Pink concert was exceptional it made the whole stay from start to finish amazing. I would definitely recommend & book this hotel & venue again.
