There was a lift to go up to our 2nd floor room. The room was tasteful, clean and comfortable. There was parking.
The breakfast was superb and there was a bar to get a drink at night. The waterfront and restaurants were only 10 minutes walk away.
The owners and staff were lovely.

Easy to find and plenty of room for parking, greeted in a very friendly way, shown round and made to feel at home, advice given on were to eat and drink in the local area. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The garden is lovely shame it was raining whilst we stayed.

It was possible to self cater in the room as it had hob, microwave, air fryer and fridge and sufficient equipment to make simple meals. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach which was great and a mini supermarket within 1-2 minutes walk. Also on the bus route.

Matt, owner/manager with his spouse, is delightful. Good sheets, towels, beds etc. Not 'luxe' but very good of it's type. What looks like a good pub is only 150 yards away so easy to organise a dinner, b&b rather than just b&b.

Comfortable, characterful room in a charming B and B. I love the way the rooms are themed, and the staff are brilliant. Good breakfast and dinner options, and also a good ale selection at the bar. Beautiful pub garden
The location is perfect, easy to find and next to a supermarket and restaurants. Also great location with a child as a playground is near by. The room is perfect with everything you need. A kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The bed is big and the furniture is exactly what you need.Even though the road is near by, it is still really quiet. You can do everything like at home.
Quietness of the place, and a very comfortable two-bed property to stay for two people or a small family. Safe and easy private parking on the site. Excellent internet connection and a freedom of self-catering using well equiped kitchen - dining area. All was perfect!
The key code for the lock box was given in advance and reminder sent on the day. The host was flexible with the check in time and provided their mobile number. The flat was in a lovely quiet location, close to amenities and the parking was private and the flat was comfortable and well presented.

Very clean and comfy room in a nice quiet residential location just off the sea front. An excellent breakfast was served in a lovely dining room by very polite and friendly staff. The owner, Veronica was a very charming lady who went out of her way to make everyone feel at home. Definitely the best B&B I have stayed in, in Bognor (and elsewhere) over the last 5 years.
