I loved absolutely everything! It exceeded my expectations. Beautiful property throughout. My room, Betsi, was very well equipped, with personal touches and great attention to detail. I even had a kitchenette that I didn't expect. The owners, Claire and Chris, were really lovely, too.

The host was very engaging, thoughtful, and helpful. We had a medical issue while we were there, and she was helpful in helping us figure out how to deal with that in a different country.
The continental breakfast was very nice. Her coffee was excellent! Just what we wanted.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
What a fantastic place! Beautifully furnished and lots of lovely little touches to make you feel at home. Great location, and Rob is a brilliant host! Can't wait to stay again! Thanks Rob.
Lovely friendly place to stay in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the High Steet. I was in the single room - a small room but just fine with a comfy new bed. There was everything you could need in your room, including breakfast with a generous choice of cereals, fresh milk and croissant with proper butter.
Nice to be welcomed to share the space downstairs including outside terrace with views or evening suntrap spot at the front of the house.
Charming Hotel that lends its self to weddings and large events. The outside space is worth a bimble, the hotel commends a prominent position with stunning views down the valley toward the bridge. The staff were great but perhaps a little stand off due to their junior years compared to my senior years. Dinner was fantastic, high caliber dining and not overly priced. Breakfast was better, set me up for the whole day.
Kerry and Mark are excellent hosts, the lodge is well designed, immaculately clean, warm, comfortable and welcoming. Lots of thoughtful gratis extras in case you have forgotten anything (toothpaste, deodorant, ect) and a very well stocked honesty bar. Located in a quiet area of town, but with easy access to the centre on foot or by car. Free parking in private drive. Very generous breakfast, a box of chocolates on arrival and a gift! Excellent.
