I stayed the night here so that I could easily get to Warwick Hospital in the morning for my new hip operation. Hosts were really wonderful and attentive, which really helped calm the nerves. Everything you need, plus

The room was a good size & the bathroom was very roomy too - all have recently been refurbished. It was very quiet at night & the bed was comfortable. Good continental breakfast included. Located right in the centre close to lots of great eating places.

Liz is a great host that goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel right at home in her lovely barn! Very welcoming, property was well kept and had everything we needed. The decor reflected the age of the property but all facilities and furnishings were modern and the general look was very stylish, we loved it there! Nice and quiet with lovely views of the garden. Five star hosts!
The Barn is a beautifully presented B&B. Everything is super clean, fresh and luxurious, The location is nice and quiet with lovely country views. Liz made us a delicious breakfast , and made us feel very welcome. I cant recommend The Barn enough, as it was one of the best B&B's we have stayed.
Lovely quiet place to stay. Plenty of space to park. Fantastic breakfast. Area to sit and relax overlooking the garden and would have sat outside if it wasn't raining!
