What an amazing stay we had! The Barn is a beautiful building on a farm with the most spectacular uninterrupted views. The room we stayed in was lovely, clean, quiet, cosy and spacious - all the things you hope for. The facilities are all modern and the décor is just lovely. Breakfast was really good. What can I say, apart from we will definitely come back. I would recommend the Barn over a hotel as it just has so much going for it in terms of location and the feel. The final ingredient that made it such a lovely stay were the Hosts...Liz and Andrew are lovely people and they couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. You guys have got it just right including the price - however I think its worth a lot more per night, but I'm not complaining, it's great value.
Highly recommend staying at the Barn and we look forward to returning.

Liz is a great host that goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel right at home in her lovely barn! The freshly cooked breakfast is an absolute treat and Liz also has a wealth of recommendations on what to explore in and around Warwickshire. Liz was an absolutely fabulous host and made us feel very welcome. She was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

Very welcoming, property was well kept and had everything we needed. The decor reflected the age of the property but all facilities and furnishings were modern and the general look was very stylish, we loved it there! Nice and quiet with lovely views of the garden. Five star hosts!
The Barn is a beautifully presented B&B. Everything is super clean, fresh and luxurious, The location is nice and quiet with lovely country views. Liz made us a delicious breakfast , and made us feel very welcome. I cant recommend The Barn enough, as it was one of the best B&B's we have stayed.
Lovely quiet place to stay. Plenty of space to park. Fantastic breakfast. Area to sit and relax overlooking the garden and would have sat outside if it wasn't raining!
