I loved the space, it is a wee tiny house but I didn't need any more space than was there, absolutely a lovely little gem of a place to stay... on the outside there was a lovely space to sit out and enjoy the awesome view across the Foyle Estuary etc... I stayed in and the view was as good. The hosts were very kind and considerate, leaving a few essentials, brew stuff, milk, some bread and butter, perfect for my one night stay but would happily spend a few days there again

We had a wonderful one night stay in Larchmont house. We were attending a wedding in the nearby Beechill hotel and it was only a short walk away. The property is beautiful and our bedroom had everything you could need. Our host Pamela couldn’t have been more welcoming and made us the most fantastic breakfast to get us on the road the next day. Would highly recommend!!

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The location was brilliant, very peaceful & quiet. BBQ area was brilliant and a nice touch was having logs provided for the fire pit. Beds are comfy but bedding itself could do with an up grade.
Comfortable 3 bedroom house in a very quiet street, in a friendly village, 5 minutes walk from a lively local pub & restaurant, with shops and takeaways nearby. Pet friendly, with an enclosed rear yard, so ideal for our two dogs. Our host was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Everything about this place was AMAZING!! Jo was one of the nicest people I've ever met. She brought down snacks and stuff for your daughter and couldn't of been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. So peaceful and quiet.
Great quiet farm setting close to travel to excellent peaceful locations. The cottage is very comfortable for two and had everything we could need. Having the fire set daily was an unexpected treat. Great hosts - live beside the accommodation and they were very discrete but always on hand should anything be needed.
