The place is wonderful! The host is very welcoming and offered us really good advice about the hiking roots around, places to visits, restaurants & pubs. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot, prepared with very fresh and natural ingredients. And honestly - the best homemade muffins I've ever tasted!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location. It has a walking path taking you to the town centre. It has a shop, chippy and pizzeria, all within 7 min walking distance. It's a quiet neighbourhood, and we saw a deer walking past by the window.
A proper home from home lodge with everything you need supplied including all kitchen utensils and lots of blankets which were a nice touch. Great location to be able to walk into the centre of Aviemore, but in a quiet complex.

Mark is a very friendly and helpful host. He prepares a yummy breakfast (yogurt with fresh fruits, porridge, pancakes with maple syrup and all sorts of cooked scottish breakfast). It’s a beautiful (and quiet) guest house within walking distance to the restaurants.
Great location, room and bathroom recently refurbished, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Can go on walks directly from hotel, very close to railway station. Restaurant is very popular - lots of people waiting every evening - good quality food
Hotel was in a great location with free parking - but got very busy later in the day. Many shops & places to eat 5 minute walk away. Yeah but gets very busy so I’d recommend booking if you want to eat there
Room was small but comfortable, shower was good & WiFi was working great. Room was quiet despite being over a lively pub.
The breakfast was lovely with a great vegetarian option.
Staff were all great. Very friendly & helpful. Especially James who called us to let us know we had left a bag behind.
