The owner was brilliant, very accommodating, as he waited way beyond my expected arrival time to ensure I arrived safely. One morning during my stay I noticed another guest who required a breakfast after hours of service was looked after too. These helpful & caring things go a long way with customer service & are very grateful for being looked after in such a way. THANK YOU. having an off road car park was a plus. Easy access to all facilities.

Perfect location for visiting Edge Hill. The accommodation is stunning. Bedroom beautifully decorated and clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious served in the lovely lounge and my dog even got her own sausages, treats and a lot of fuss made of her. Kathy and Liam are the best hosts. They were so welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be returning and can't recommend enough.
A superb B&B, beautifully presented with many extra touches that make the whole experience extremely welcoming and comfortable. The log fire, the outdoor 'bar', a superb freshly made breakfast a few of the highlights. Location is rural but easy to access and find, very peaceful. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible, a charming host.
