The location is very near to restaurants, bars, the beach and amusement arcade/park. I had used all the cream left in the room and the accommodation supplied more than enough once they see I used it without even having to ask!!

What a gem great location, off street parking for two cars, staircase to the apartment large bedroom double bed very comfortable. Bathroom bath and shower. Terry and Maureen were friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, overlooking the walls of Arundel Castle, very central in the quaint town of Arundel, near to everything. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, pastries and a choice of cooked dishes, plus lashings of fresh coffee. Terry makes a homemade indulgent, chocolate rocky road , cut into triangles and places on the tea coffee tray on a jar in my room. Delicious , even Moorish.
Excellent breakfast and varied choice and interesting dinner menu staff were friendly throughout the hotel and accommodation roomy and decor designed with good taste. Surroundings quiet and peaceful an ideal location for a weekend retreat
