The help given by the landlady was beyond my expectation. Our lugguages were delayed and arrived wo toiletries ie toothbrushes, toothpaste and chargers. She gave these to us with no cost.

I saw her twice during a 4 n8ghtvsyay and did not meet another member of staff .. my room was impeccably cleaned each day .. most comfortable bed in a quiet location which is just a 10 minute walk into the town centre
