I found everything I needed and had a good stay. Just across the street is a nice little park with a creek (the Lauter). It's just a few steps through that park to the city center.

The setting and the property are both beautiful and the room was very spacious. It was very quiet. Having a dog was no problem and there was plenty of suitable dog walks at and from the property. Breakfast was very good, with local produce including apple juice from the farm. There are plenty of places to visit locally, including Fort Schoenberg on the Maginot Line.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with wonderful fresh bread and croissants, organic yoghurt and local jams. In addition we were served fresh hard-boiled eggs.
The location was perfect for exploring the sights of Wissembourg, yet inside our room it was very quiet and we were able to sleep undisturbed.

Comfortable bed, good size bathroom, absolutely spotless. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and the best croissants in town. Valerie is a very friendly hostess with very good knowledge of the area, and great restaurant recommendations. Perfect for a holiday break. Highly recommended.
