Breakfast was good and fresh, classic bread and cheese, all local products. Staff is wonderful and welcoming, we ate with another couple from Geneva, as well. Very nice time. We arrived very late, by bicycle, so the proprietor was nice enough to take me to town to get a pizza for the family. He even waited with me for 20 minutes while they made it. Super super friendly!

The location was lovely. We just happened to arrive on the village square local organic market day and a charming screening of some event in the square. It felt like Cinema Paradiso. We had apperitifs with the locals under the huge plane tree. The gite is meters from the square around the corner and we’re greeted by one of the kindest hosts of we’ve ever met. The owner is warm, friendly, attentive and has excellent taste which was apparent in the decor and the attention to detail in the exceptionally thoughtful and lovely breakfast they prepared. It included a lovely selection of high quality teas, a hand made fruit salad, fresh local pastries…. It was beautifully presented.

Room with a whirlpool inside and I used it after a long travel with motor bike (it was the whole day cold and I was frozen), this was the best at end of day to stay 1 hour in whirlpool to get warm again
