An exceptional place to stay, we cannot praise this accommodation enough. It was quirky, very clean and the bed was super comfy. Luc was extremely helpful and suggested places to visit in the local area (one of them being Troo, a troglodyte village.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
A wonderful welcome from a great host. The location and surroundings were a peaceful oasis that oozed French manoir life. The breakfast was delicious and again our host was very attentive serving wonderful coffee with breads, jams and croissants to die for
The hotel has a lovely garden, it’s in a great location just a short walk from the town centre and there was secure parking for our motorcycles. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Marie made us very welcome on our arrival, and is an excellent host.
The place is magical. With it's own private lake and gardens and it is a heritage site. It is set in a very quiet area but still it is only a short drive to the centre of Vendome. The host is super friendly and have to say it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Lovely big room and bed - very comfy. Very friendly welcome and an excellent breakfast. Easy to get to and a great location for easy walking to the river and Vendome’s abbey, shops and restaurants.
A delightful conversion of the chateau outbuildings, a lovely beamed room (watch your head), a charming and interesting host who has restored the chateau and its grounds beautifully and ecologically. An excellent breakfast served in the sunny garden. All a delight - we are still drinking and eating the estate wines and preserves we bought.
Great location, easy to find. Free parking onsite, a quiet area. The studio was thoughtfully set up for travellers with tea/coffee/water, a good selection of kitchen necessities and also very attractively decorated.
The bed was comfortable and the linen was good quality. The balcony was a bonus. The Monoprix was very close to buy groceries.
The centre of Vendome was very close, a few minutes walk, and there was a great selection of cafes and restaurants to choose from.
- Location very close to the city centre
- bakery and shops just around the corner
- modern furniture
- clear instructions to access the private parking
- clear instructions to access the studio
TIP: restaurant Moris serves excellent food and good wines. Friendly owner and staff. Make sure you reserve a table upfront.
TIP: the tourist centre offers a little map with a nice walk throughout the historic city centre. It kept us busy for an hour or two.
Set in beautiful grounds of a grand house, our private family room with mezzanine floor was quiet, tastefully furnished and comfortable. We woke up to a delicious breakfast served outside on a private terrace next to a small vineyard - what could be better?
Beautiful house right near the centre of a quaint town. Really really lovely friendly hosts. Great room (really big!) which was furnished traditionally in keeping with the house. It had the “oh wow” effect on us when we first saw it. Excellent breakfast, good value for money. Very welcoming to our dog.
