Great location, easy to get keys, host communicates in fluent English and describes everything in sufficient detail. For those stopping in transit to / from the airport, there are nearby baker, pharmacy, and other services. It is indeed 10 minutes walk to the airport.
Accommodation made like a detached house with shared facilities and private rooms. Pros are walking distance to the airport, very new building and welcoming family-like atmosphere. The staff is very nice, possibility of making coffee in the morning is a great plus, with the nearest cafeteria being at the airport ($!).
A cozy house in a very scenic location. Check-in instructions were as clear as possible. The owner was friendly and ready to help with any questions. Paris-Beauvais airport is a 15-minute walk away (however, the house is very quiet and you can’t hear any noise from airplanes). The very beautiful town of Beauvais is also nearby (10 minutes by car or taxi), where you can find many pleasant restaurants and extremely picturesque streets. Excellent value for money and quality.
