We stayed at Chambre D'Hôtes le Phenix on route to the Euro tunnel.
The car was fully loaded with two expensive bikes on a rear carrier. So we were grateful for the secure, covered parking area. Our room was spacious comfortable and spotless clean.
We also really enjoyed a beautiful evening meal and the incredible service provided by Alberto and Simona.
This is an excellent Chambre D'Hotes of the highest standard.

I did a language class and needed a place to stay. This appartement was in walking distance and had a reasonable price. I was also attracted by the free parking option. Everything was very new in this place. The owner also asked if I was in need of anything. I was fine but find the attention remarkable. The light system could change colours. Thar´t was great!

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Everything was perfect! It’s the perfect B&B if you want to explore Rouen and still have a quiet nights sleep. Access to Rouen city centre is easy and quick, the Metro station is just a quick walk away. The B&B is very modern and absolutely impeccable, with a very high standard throughout. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts are a lovely family and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
A lovely B&B facility with easy tram access into the city centre, and private off-street parking. Excellent communication and well set up property with kitchen spaces to share and breakfast provided. Rouen was a lovely place to wander and we were given great information by our host about getting around and restaurant recommendations too.

We enjoyed everything! The room was very large, with many comforts (electric shutters were fantastic, I really loved them since I sleep in the complete dark), very clean and beautiful!
Julie, the host, is amazing!!!!! So kind and available, she made available for our little girl some toys in the room…the breakfast was delicious and you can also use the kitchen for yourself. Then, the house is located closed to the metro (5 min walking) and you can arrive in Rouen city centre in 10 minutes. Really recommended! Thanks Julie ❤️
Great location outside of the city, with a car was not a problem to reach anywhere. We actually travelled to the city centre by metro which is around the corner.
Several good grocery shops in walking distance.
