Victor was a consummate host. The property is gorgeous and beautifully kept. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and sweet smelling linen. Everything was truly perfect. Breakfast was so good - We only wish we had taken the option of dinner as we arrived late and Victor let us taste the dessert he had prepared. Incredible! Our advice is to let him cook for you and you won’t regret it. I cannot rave enough about this experience.

The place itself is in a great location, the rooms are great size, clean and very comfortable and the hosts Valerie and Jean-Luc could not do enough for you. Highly recommend if you are looking for a picture perfect tradional french style accomodation in the South of France

If you are a garden lover - welcome to paradise!
The garden is absolutely stunning, it can't be described with words.
The room is very cosy, the host is supernice but doesn't speak English.
I''ll remember that stay forever! Thank you so much!!

La Maison Grivolas in Avignon, France, offers an exceptional experience in the heart of the old town. The accommodation is rustic and historical, yet spotlessly clean and equipped with all the facilities you might need and more, including a steamer and shoe cleaning equipment. The pool is a true oasis, perfect for resetting after a hot day of travel. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the host, Mathieu, who was exceptionally professional and helpful. Despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, he was flexible and accommodating. Mathieu provided invaluable local recommendations, enhancing our stay. I thoroughly recommend staying at La Maison Grivolas when visiting Avignon – you won't regret it.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Victor is a very charming host. He is welcoming, a very talented chef, and able to make you feel at home, immediately.
The space is refurbished with a clear and stylish taste. The position along the Via Rhona, for us cyclists, was a little bit hidden but very handy on the way to Avignon. Don't have any doubts about the "secret" dinner he will offer!
Just enjoy it, like we did!
A good sized and very well equipped studio. Private parking available, which was very useful. Everything is in order and must have been recently renovated and newly furnished.
The property is very pretty although there was peeling wallpaper in our bathroom and an issue with flies at the breakfast tables but the setting and overall layout of the building was very quaint.
Fantastic continental breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee. The multigrain baguette was particularly good.
We had a late arrival and the chateau sent us excellent instructions on where to find our key, the code, etc.
We had a great wine tasting with a charming tour guide. We also bought some of their organic olive oil and spring honey, both were excellent.
