The nights are quiet, the enclosed garden provides fresh air, no noise. The room is comfortable. Excellent location, close to transport and services. Quiet neighborhood despite being close to the city center. Private parking is available. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped house. The host is very kind, gave several tips about the area and always answered any questions.
Great location.Just across the road from the Metro and two stops on the train into town. Plentiful supply of hot water. Powerful shower.Very clean. Fridge was useful. Very quiet. Good communication with the host. Great for someone on a budget traveling light.

It is located in a quieter neighborhood but not too far to be able to visit Roubaix and Lille.
Camille and William are very gracious and helpful hosts, they gave us advice on what to visit and on our first night there Camille had suggested a few restaurants nearby for us to eat and even reserved a table for us.
The breakfast was very tasty, the rooms were neat and comfortable and the interior of the building is very charming and beautiful!
