The apartment was pleasant and comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. The historical center was easily accessible by walking, and we were also pleased by the ease of parking on the street right outside. Excellent breakfast.

The property is an 8 minute walk into town, downhill. We had bikes and there is a patio with the property so not sure about a car. It’s a reasonably quiet road. The house/apartment is on two levels with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The location is very good and the patio is a nice sunny spot in which to sit. The furniture is all functional and well laid out. You can definitely cook in the kitchen and there are enough pots, pans, knives etc to do so. Coffee machine, microwave. Good kitchen layout.
Simple but stylish recent refurbishment of the priory. The tranquil gardens next to the river are lovely. Just a few steps from the basilica and the charming town of Paray.
Restaurant was very good, with special mention for the lady running it who worked at a tireless pace providing cheerful service. Bravo, madam!

Charming and cosy hotel. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome and were so helpful. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food and choice was excellent. Breakfast had a wide choice too and was delicious. Highly recommend. Hosting as it should be.

This was our 5th or 6th time staying at Le Clos des Etoiles in the quaint town of Paray-Le-Monial, France. The hotel is under new management and continues the same high quality service as before. The location is excellent, outdoor parking has always been available, the rooms/ suites are very comfortable, and the breakfast is first rate!
