We have come to this region for 20 years and this was the best stay! Excellent communication, very caring and responsive hosts, easy checkin, great local rec's. Very lovely accommodations. Loved the way our hosts renovated the facility, keeping the character of the old building and updating with every modern convenience. Gorgeous, fun art and photography everywhere. Well-appointed common kitchen. Enjoyed meeting fellow travelers yet had total privacy. Room was thoughtfully arranged and warm, perfect for late November. Excellent location. We will be back soon!

very comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was excellent consisting of croissants, baguettes along with home made cheese and jams. Host was very pleasant and spoke very good English.

Beautiful in every respect, owner met us with wine and we had a great chat! Such amazing personal service, next morning a beautiful breakfast prepared and severed on the veranda .. I’ll never forget this place and the lovely 24 hours we spent here!

This was our favorite place to stay of our entire trip through France. Valérie and Didier were wonderful and welcoming hosts, happy to help with any questions we had. The property was wonderful and relaxing with a great cottage, animals, and a pool our kids had a great time playing in. It felt very remote and peaceful but was only a about 7 minutes from Sarlat by car. The cottage we stayed in was great for the family and we appreciated the ability to do laundry after a week on the road. The kitchen was well appointed as well which made cooking easy. This was an excellent place to stay while traveling with a family of four. We would definitely stay again if traveling to the area.

The property was very close to the town center, but it was totally peaceful with an ambiance of being out in the country. Our room was very well appointed with lots of electrical outlets, good air conditioning, a firm mattress, and a large shower. Each morning we were greeted by a delicious breakfast including fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh ground cappuccinos.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Beautiful old style house with incredible hosts! We had a wonderful stay at Clos de Chalmon. It's a very quiet place in the countryside, the rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. Great attention to details by the hosts. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts super welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend :)
Quiet rural location. Friendly helpful welcome. Comfortable accommodation with good WiFi. Good value for money. The property has a private swimming pool but this is of modest size so for adults more for cooling off rather than actual swimming. Good sized rooms but note that the second bedroom has no window, is accessed through the first and is only separated by a curtain. The property is some distance from Montignac up steep hills so transport essential.
Very spacious house, three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lovely kitchen with everything you need, plus a large gas fired BBQ. Very calm and quiet, just the sound of birds and the occasional bark of a neighborhood dog. Relax in the private pool or the hammock in the huge garden.

The hosts were really welcoming. Very nice decoration. Great location with lovely restaurants within walking distance as well as the Lascaux museum and cave. Very quiet street. We stayed for 17 days and we really felt at home. Would highly recommend
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were a small group of friends visiting to attend a friends wedding and we enjoyed spending time by the pool before the wedding, which is in a serene, quiet walled garden. The room was clean and cool, and for the cheapest room in the hotel, very spacious with a good sized and clean bathroom.
Well equipped and clean accomodation with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The site was immaculate and staff friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was excellent, always clean and quiet. Private patio with garden furniture. There is so much to see and do in the area with numerous historical attractions that are well presented and good value.
