Breakfast was amazing. Croissants and bread were fresh and delicious. Hot chocolate was served as hot carafe of milk with hot container of melted chocolate which we combined. Delicious. Also ample fresh fruit and yogurt. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Location is quiet and serene, and only 5 min from the wedding which we attended.

Beautiful room with views over the Dordogne. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast served on patio overlooking the river. Comfortable and well equipped room in a fascinating 17th century building. Great pool with outside fridge and furniture under cover. Would happily revisit and hope to before long!

Everything, it was absolutely perfect. Best place we have ever stayed. The rooms are really comfortable, the hosts are extremely welcoming, the breakfast absolutely delicious. Beautiful place to stay in a great location.

Lily couldn't do more for you on arrival, great hosts, is truly a home feeling when you stay here, pool is great to unwind, bathrooms are spotless, high quality stay would recommend to anyone travelling around this area.
Lily was a great host, she was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a nice bonus. Everywhere was clean and well maintained.
The surroundings are not spectacular, but the house is comfortable and the garden charming. it's a pity that we couldn't try the pool and wash off the dust from the roads due to the weather. Even with our late arrival, the pleasant hostess arranged a reservation for us in a restaurant in the neighboring village, and in the morning we were greeted with a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended to anyone passing through the area.
An absolute gem. Totally blown away by the excellence of everything to do with this rental - friendliness, great communication, ideal location, very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen including oven, with private garden (spend a couple of hours staring at the stars without any light pollution)... there's even a friendly cat! Sure, stay in Bordeaux for a day, then take the hire car here as the perfect base to explore the wine region.
A lovely country house, beautifully restored. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. As it was November, we didn’t use the garden and pool, but they too looked great for warmer weather. Above all, our hosts, Lily and David were charming, helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast was generous and varied…. all in all a fabulous stay.
