We don't even know where to start! Adrian is the best host in the south of France, if not the entire country! We felt so warm and welcome that we never wanted to leave. The entire facility is not only spotlessly clean, extremely well located and convenient, but also feels so cozy and welcoming for the traveler. Breakfast on the terrace is an outstanding experience to start your day and Adrian made sure that even the smallest detail is taken care of. Not enough good words to describe Le Prince! We are already planning to visit again next year with more friends. 1000/10 recommend!!!

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The apartment is located directly in front of the dunes, 300m by foot from the beach entrance. The location is very quiet. As private parking is available, you do not need to pay for parking in the street. The IKEA kitchen is brand new and fully equipped (mostly with IKEA).
This charming apartment has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. Excellent facilities for a couple, with the extraordinary addition of a private roof terrace for the exclusive use of this apartment. Everything brand new, or appeared to be. Gael, the owner, was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend a stay here.
The apartment is in a great location for restaurant’s and centrally located. The apartment has everything you need and was much bigger than we were expecting. It was nice to have outside space too. Very quiet.
Great hosts, Janne and Sara  friendly and helpful. The rooms are stylishly decorated with good bathrooms, and the most comfortable bed. We have ever slept in on holiday. Specially bought in Sweden, I understand.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable ,the ensuite pristine and the breakfast was superb with a good variety consisting of orange juice, fresh fruit, cereal , yogurt with granola. Pastries, fresh baguette, cheese, and preserves with plenty of coffee.
The breakfast is served at the top of the house in a covered trapezium terrace where the sun was shining brightly on a chilly winter morning. Wonderful !
We loved everything! Wonderful location and beautiful charming property. Loved the access to the lagoon (Étang de Thau) at the end of the long garden for morning dips where the enormous lagoon becomes almost your private pool. Beautiful views from the bedroom and plenty of quiet, shady areas in the grounds for relaxing and reading a book. Charming, friendly and discreet hosts.
