Very warm , friendly welcome from Pascale who prepared lovely breakfasts which included homemade products ; she is also a good source of information for tourism purposes eg Arcachon and Bordeaux.
We found the rooms very comfortable and also made use of the large table in the dining room for the suppers we brought in.
The private parking is next to the house.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Eric is a lovely and very friendly person. He shares with you his favorite places and we talked a lot. The room was clean and quiet. Small pool for refreshment was a kind of bonus.
Everything it was brilliant. What I will say is it has lots of parking,after we booked we noticed it said it had no parking but when we got there there was more than accommodations. Quiet place.
The house was perfect for our family of 4. It’s spacious, tastefully furnished and extremely well equipped.
Great communication with the host (who lives next door attentive but not invasive). For instance he went out of his way to find an extra bike for our 5 year old daughter as the ones already at the property were too big.
Plenty of info on the area provided and a nice welcome gift of local produce on our arrival.
A few minutes walk or cycle to the beach (no amenities but nice and very quiet) and nature reserve.
The property was based in a quiet and safe holiday complex with a lovely pool. The kitchen was small but well equipped and the communication with the host was excellent. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Excellent rail links to Bordeaux and Arcachon and cycle routes mean it is possible to travel without a car.
Very friendly and charming reception staff, very chatty. Room was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was open until 9pm and it was a delight to take a very welcome dip after a long hot drive from Normandy. Location is great for the fantastic Dune du Pilat which is just a short drive away.
