Perfectly located. It’s such a nice property and in particular Franck and Colette are the best hosts possible. Had some nice recommendations for the evening and even booked restaurants for us. The flower garden of Colette is magical and Franck truly understands what it means to make people feel welcome.

Loved our stay. Christine really helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast every morning. Handy to walk into the centre. Parked our car in the grounds which was very safe which was great for us as we had our bikes. It was lovely to have somewhere to sit and chill separate from the bedrooms.

Nice and spotless room comfortable beds big and also spotless bathroom with toiletries. What I have noticed is that in France some places lack even toilet rolls a good location easily accessible by bus, and the terrace has a beautiful view.

Villa Diane was a great place to stay. It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The garden , terrace and pool area are beautiful . Diane is very helpful. She is on the premises but is very discreet. We would stay here again if we are in this area.

The setting is idyllic and the renovation of this historic building has been undertaken with real expertise. The location is great - right on the beach front but nestled in among the pine trees. We were in one of the ground floor suites with a patio / garden so there was no sea-view, but that was fine because it was very quiet and quite private. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful (we had a flat tyre when we arrived and she told us where to go to get it fixed). The suite is basic but does have the things you need to cook. It was a very relaxing stay.
It was located in city center with easy access to bus stations. Quiet and safe with two gates entry to the residential zone. It’s fully equipped, charmingly bright, and super clean. Host family welcomed me warmly for arrival and departure. A true value to the money.
It’s a cozy apartment, 5 min walk from the city center. We really appreciated a private parking lot just in front of the house.

Communication with the host was easy and straight forward. The apartment is a ground floor flat within a quiet building, it was clean, spacious, well equipped and within 15 min walking distance from the historic city centre.

Toplocation in a quiet part of Hyeres and the ideal base for visiting the Cote D'Azur. Very friendly and helpful owner of this wonderfull apartement. We really enjoyed the swiming pool, eating breakfast on the front terrace with magnicifient view and also the private teracce at the back side. Airco was a big plus!

The host is a really friendly French man. Checking in goes really easy, also when you arrive suddenly on another time. Also the studio was really clean and tidy. It was my 2nd time and I really like le Surplage. Great host, clean studio with everything you need and a great location direct on the beach. Definitely recommended!
