We booked a family room (the one with three singles) even though it was just three of us traveling because we wanted our adult son to have his own room. The room was spacious with a fabulous bathroom that had two sinks and a huge shower with two shower heads at opposite ends. The site is filled with WWII artifacts, and the host is happy to share the history of the location and area with guests. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Accommodations situation in a very quiet little french town, with beach and active fishing port with daily fish market. Excellent place to stay for visiting the invasion beaches and learning about the sacrifices of the people , both local and relief forces.
Very charming place. Very calm for a good night of sleep. The old house is well renovated. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are super nice, kind and supportive. The sheets were clean and it is possible to stay with your dog!
Small and very nice and comfortable house. Having breakfasts and dinners in the veranda was very special. The house was spotless clean and there’s everything what you need. Quiet. Grocery store close by. Close driving distance to all WW2 sides and museums. Only about 10 km to Omaha beach. We were able to even make a day trip to Mont Saint Michael. We really love this place and we would like to come back.
