Cathy and Patrick gave me the best support to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday which was one day after our arrival. The flowers they prepared for my mother in her room accompanied her during the whole stay and made her happy everyday. I am deeply grateful for this precious memory. I can also recommend the cold plate provided by Cathy for 15 EUR. It was very delicious and convenient for us on the arrival day.

Everything about the property was great and well thought through. The actual room as well as the en suite bathroom were really nice and clean. In the room you also have access to tea, coffee, water, mini fridge with drinks etc which was really nice touch. The property is in a valley, but it has really great views around the surrounding hills so we found it especially nice to relax and have breakfast in the morning's sun and at the same time enjoy the views from the terrace. Unfortunately we could not stay for longer than two nights but we will definitely go back to explore the area further in the not too distant future. We've loved our stay in Le Bar Sur Loup, so I would like thank the wonderful owners for making us feel welcomed and relaxed.

The location of the property is very good. There are enough restaurants and lunch/dinner options available nearby. It's also not too far to visit different cities along the french riviera. The rooms are nicely decorated and very big.Beds are very comfortable and we slept so well. Also the garden area is huge and you have enough privacy. The pool and the terrace look like you would like to have it for your own house. The whole estate is fantastic!
The breakfast was nice, even though typical French. We would have preferred more vegetables, but I think we are the only ones with that preference :-) The staff is great and very helpful. The overall experience was great and we would come back anytime.

Location is very picturesque, lots of outdoor seating areas, pool is excellent, lovely views, quiet area for sleeping at night, the bowls court was an extra bonus!
The host Corinne was extremely helpful & always available whenever needed.
There are some excellent eating places within 5 min drive.
Good location for exploring the mountain villages.

The location is fantastic with a great view over Gourdon and beyond out to the coast of Nice, Cannes and west towards St-Raphaël, from outside and through the picture window inside. Its all newly renovated and impeccably clean, great bathroom, comfortable king size bed. Great breakfast that can be served in the room or outside. Fantastic mountain walking from the doorstep. Only a 10 min walk from Gourdon and its restaurants, galleries boutiques etc. Julie is a lovely caring host, she provided us with good restaurant and walking recomendations.
