Our host was very friendly and explained everything about the property to us. Our room was beautifully decorated and the shower is huge. The accommodation is situated quite rurally and is surrounded by fields. There is a communal room with a dining table, microwave and fridge which is useful. A very convenient stay in order to make the Dunkirk to Dover ferry (30 mins drive).

Delphine was the perfect hostess and the place was just lovely, quiet and peaceful in the French countryside. We used Paardenhof as our base for exploring Dunkerque and Wizernes. Delphine treated us with a lovely dinner and the breakfast was exquisite. Highly recommended.
Lovely quiet location with undercover parking for our motorcycle. The room was very comfortable and the shower a joy to stand under after 9 hours on a bike! Breakfast was plentiful and an excellent choice was provided. Our host was friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
