- Duingt is a small city with most things close by. The beach is 300 meters away, restaurants and a great backery (la grande boulangerie) a short drive in car or cycle
- Annecy is not so far away but the traffic is very busy and slow moving most of the time
Very comfortable apartment, with a lovely view of the lake and the kitchen was well equipped. Good location with a shop and restaurants nearby, as well as bike hire and good walks, and it was nice and quiet. Sitting by the lake and swimming from the private grass area was lovely.

Great location with beautiful mountain views, peaceful and quiet, lakeside. Pleasant gardens. Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities. Fantastic local boulangerie. Good bus service from Annecy. Walks from the village and near cycle route.
Location is perfect !!!. Private access to Annecy lake and amazing mountain view are excellent. Village Duingt is very quiet and has the best bakery in the World - 200 m from this place. I was my first visit, but I'll back :-)
