You could really tell that the owner put a lot of love and attention to everything. It really is ‘hygge’! Everything is in the right place, it’s super cozy and really comfortable. Beautiful garden too. From the first second we were there we felt welcome and at home. Just perfect!

Also walkable distance to the local village to get fresh French bakery for breakfast Parking is super easy just outside the property Owners are super friendly and extremely helpful You can have memorable experience with kids to make their own pizza with owner’s self-built pizza oven!

Amiable proprietors. The wifi worked fine. The property is old, the facilities are old and sparse. Breakfast looked good although I had other plans and did not partake.

Lovely room with huge bed, and views of fields/mountains (and even a kettle in the room). The breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes and jams. Lucie is a lovely host - happy to talk about the area and offer recommendations, or to leave you in peace as you prefer. There's parking in front of the house, and it's a nice little village, very rural, and much more atmospheric than some of the touristy towns on the lakefront. My mother and I stayed for one night on a rainy day in March and had a wonderful time. This is a great find!

What a beautiful property. It is outside the city-center but at walking distance (10-15 min). It is down hill to the center and up hill back to the property. The center is small but has several restaurants, a small and 2 big supermarkets and cheap fuel. We stayed here only 1 night as a stop-over to the Alps. This is a close stay if you want to be early in the Alps. The host is super-friendly and helped with whatever he could do. There is a central area where you can sit and eat when the weather is not so good. There is also an outdoor area to sit and eat when the weather is good. The breakfast was amazing with self baked bread and all kind of marmalades. We will come back next time when we travel to the Alps again.
