The house is beautiful and clean and situated in the lovely village of Bize Minervois. The rooms are spacious with every attention to detail fulfilled. Toiletries and towels for the bathroom and pool are provided and we were very kindly provided with beach towels for a day trip.
Veronique and Mark are the perfect hosts and the breakfast was delicious. We had advice regarding local attractions and restaurants which were great.
Nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated their hospitality. The wine and nibbles were delicious too! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved everything about this place - the comfortable bed, peaceful gardens, gourmet breakfast with crepes cooked just for us. The host is extremely kind and charming. She evening offered to cook dinner for us when we arrived late in the day from a long bike ride. We were lucky to find a room.

We had a family event in Ginestas and was looking for a place where we could easily have access to restaurants, the church. The location is excellent, and the garden was a wonderful oasis. The room was very comfortable, with extra pillows, air conditioning. Camila and Quentin are wonderful hosts and were available in case we needed anything.

Mariance is a superb host who treats her guests like royalty. The vessel ( also Mariance) is a classic 100 yrs old barge, fully renovated with spacious ensuite rooms and sunny decks to relax. Mariance makes you feel at home with her hospitality and breakfast is a hearty start to the day. A short stroll to superb water side restaurants and the best sleep I've had for ages, topped off a memorable stay. Don't miss this unique opportunity.

Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and great selection of sweet or savory goods. spacious, well appointed bedroom and bathroom. Cute garden with dip in pool, perfect to colle off. Ideal location to explore the area, a short drive to Narbonne, the cost, Carcassonne, the wine route, etc

Quiet area of Cabezac next to the river. There is a restaurant on site but nobody was eating there as it was out of season and very quiet. We opted for a takeaway pizza at a restaurant nearby. There was a cafe nearby but not much else.

For our trip to Spain the location was ideal and the hotel provided an exceptional overnight experience. The stylish design is relaxing and completely in keeping with the restoration of the building.
