The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are first class. We dined here which was an unexpected bonus. The food was excellent. This place is worth a long detour. Will certainly return if we pass this way again.

This is a very quiet area, Annabelle and Peter are very friendly people who welcome you warmly. We stayed in the little place next to the house with a nice lounge / kitchen area and the bedroom upstairs. We had a lovely breakfast served by Peter with fresh fruits, yoghurt, French viennoiseries, English toasts and French baguette with a choice of coffee or tea. The weather was lovely so we enjoyed our breakfast outside.

The hosts are wonderful, Tony let us meet his European eagle owl, Saphire, and we came away with a wealth of new facts about certain birds of prey. This was an unexpected bonus to our lovely stay with the family. Very welcoming, perfect breakfast.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The total experience was wonderful. From the warm welcome, the exceptional comfort of the room, the quaintness of the building to the breakfast, everything was perfect.
I recently stayed at this charming apartment and it exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable.
We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Craig and then introduced to Shirani too. Both are very warm and wonderful people, who you can tell take a great deal of pride in their business. The room is huge and very comfortable. The whole property is full of character and being old has the quirks of squeaky floorboards etc which add to the ambience.
Breakfast was tasty - a home made fruit compote yoghurt brulee, bounds and bounds of fresh fruit, croissant and pan au chocolate and as much tea or coffee as you'd wish.
The views from the balconies upstairs and downstairs are worth the money alone. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were of a good size. Location was good in that it was far enough out of the centre to be quiet but close enough to all of the amenities to be able to walk. The hot tub took a while to fill and heat up but was so worth it in the end. It was very nice to have a welcome pack so that we didn't have to rush to the shops when we arrived.
This was an overnight stop. A very welcoming and helpful host, a very quiet and spacious room in this beautiful grand old 18th century house , amazingly large and comfortable bed, a delicious breakfast with, as well as bread and croissants, fresh fruit salad and home made fruit and yogurt "brulee". Our host recommended a nearby local restaurant for dinner and Bellac is a charming little town.
The room was large, comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated. The en-suite had a good-sized shower. We loved the generous breakfast and the fresh fruit and home made Greek yoghurt with compost brûlée.
class house, well decorated so British ans so beautiful.
it’s so quiet.
Craig is very accepting, he enjoyed the contact with people and discrete.
Breakfast is convivial and copious offering croissants, breads, jams and fresh fruits, real homemade coffee.
the best for the end: THE BED IS SO COMFORTABLE
