The host was very friendly, helpful, welcoming and speaks English. There was a dry place to store our bikes which is needed as it’s rained pretty much every night for a month! The only place available for dinner was a pizza place a 500 metre walk through town and it was actually very good. If you have a car you can reach other places and the host can prepare you a meal but we hadn’t booked that ahead. It’s a quirky place where the shower is in the bedroom but the toilet is in a separate room within the bedroom.

Le Petit Tertre is located in the centre of Dijon, a 3-minute walk from the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and offers free Wi-Fi. All apartments are fully furnished in an 18th century style.

We were met by our lovely host who showed us to our quaint little room that oozed charm and history. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a soak in the claw foot bath, a real treat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, particularly the home made jam! Great location for exploring Dijon.
