This place is simply exceptional, It would be impossible to fault. In a stunning rural location and with the most welcoming host whose attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. Beautifully decorated and equipped. We were provided with a delicious breakfast of fresh local and home made produce. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and I wish Baptiste and Celine all the best in their enterprise.
Providing quiet street views, LA NIEPPOISE in Nieppe provides accommodations and a shared lounge. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge.

I had an outstanding 2 night stay at this location. Host was very welcoming and allowed me to check in later. Breakfast was incredible, all home made by the host, so much that I couldn't eat it all. I have booked another stay in December and cannot wait to return.

Very friendly hosts and great location. 'Dartmoor' refers to the type of pony that the hosts breed and show, and there were a couple of friendly ones in the field next to the house! Lovely breakfast, tea and coffee always available in the dining area, and some nice little touches (eg bottled water in the room on arrival) made for a very homely feel, despite this being a fairly new building and one seemingly designed to cater for large groups and wedding parties. Lots of off-street parking and only a few minutes drive from a couple of local towns with a good selection of eateries. Everything was spotlessly clean and worked, save that the wifi was a tiny bit patchy in the room itself.

It was clean; nice architecture. They also have a few boardgames & a colouring book which was nice.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
East access and central to superb attractions including Cassel, Botanic Gardens, Mont de Cats, Popperinge, Ypres, Steenvorde Mill and Streenwerke Museum of Rural Life and etc. In a beautiful area of Northern France close to Belgium. Accommodation very comfortable and spacious. Short orong stay.. brilliant. Parking. Great hosts.
Baptiste is a superb host. The house and room are very good and the location very quiet. Could spend hours talking about wine with a professional like Baptiste. Will come back next time I travel in this region.
Modern, comfortable and quiet rural location, but very close, 5 mins drive, to Bailleul which has all the amenities you could hope for. Loved the communal kitchen! Fabulous breakfast with many homemade ingredients. A hidden gem!
The truth is that we have no complaints, except perhaps that we did not have time to stay more nights. Baptiste is a very attentive man and we loved how he and his wife have prepared the house with such care. The decoration is beautiful! We booked the house to allow ourselves the luxury of resting and enjoying its fantastic Nordic bath in the garden and it exceeded our expectations. He leaves it well prepared and is waiting for you to feel comfortable and welcome. We will return for sure!
Gracias por todo!
Lovely family looking after the campsite and a really fabulous shop. The room we chose ( the nid) had a private terrace with a fun outdoor Nordic bath, quality sun loungers and came with a bottle of champagne and a fantastic continental breakfast. The campsite has a convenient setting close to Ypres.
