We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are just incredible. Amazing pool which was just for us. The chalet is beautiful, we loved the intricacy of the design. An easy 15 min drive into Annecy and to the lake. Patrick was very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. Aircon was great. We enjoyed our breakfast every day with the amazing view of the birds, mountains and lake. Nice extra touches like tissues, shower gel, board games and 2 towels each. We loved that there was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, even when it rained a little. There is a bar and a mini fridge, perfect for all your snacks and drinks. We didn't cook and didn't have any crockery etc but I'm sure we could have asked if we had needed more. We would definitely recommend visiting here.

We had a fantastic stay here. Everything during our stay exuded quality. The friendly welcome, the nice room, the peaceful setting (far away from the hectic touristy areas but with a nice view from the balcony), the quality breakfast, the quality restaurant (amazing tartiflette)... quality is the key word here. Dog friendly, too. Flexible to come and go, parking right outside. You really feel like a welcomed guest here and not a number. We recommend 100%.

Great hosts, who go the extra mile to make your stay as welcoming and relaxing as is possible. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Peaceful location with local amenities, 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful gardens with different areas to explore. Swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. I'm sure there's lots of activities to do in the local area but we loved this property so much, we just stayed there for 2 days and relaxed around the pool. A little piece of heaven on earth.

The bedrooms had very comfortable double beds with plenty of good quality linen and also very thick curtains to keep the light out. Good quiet air con in all rooms. Lovely to have outside space in such a central position.
We had a studio for 3 people. It was spacious and comfortable. Location was also very good, close to city centre, lake and station but in a quiet street. Staff was lovely.

however, you can reach to the beach by walking within 10 minutes, and a big supermarket in 2 minutes.

Room and bath room size are very good, well furnished and most quiet. A good address if you don't want to stay in the charming city center, where parking is more challenging.
The hotel is very quiet, in a private area. Despite this, you can easily reach the city center in 10 minutes. Nearby there is a shopping center and a central station from which it is possible to get to Switzerland by bus. The hotel has friendly staff who can recommend good restaurants in town. Parking is free and located behind the hotel. After registration, you will be given a code to access there.
Very cool interior design and an exceptionally comfortable and quiet bedroom, making for a great night’s sleep. Private car parking on site was great to have in a city centre location and the staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendation.
