Everything was exceptional. Room was spacious, location and the surrounding grounds were amazing. The hosts were accomodating and explained everything thoroughly and their hospitality was amazing.

The Annex is superbly situated about 10 minutes walk from the beating centre of Amiens. Nevertheless, it is situated in a very quiet street. There was virtually no noise when we were sleeping with the window open. Parking behind the property was easy and safe. The rooms are well appointed, clean and modern. Margot is a superb hostess who speaks excellent English and was full of great information and advice for our visit. Breakfast was excellent. Margot provided a broad choice of items. The coffee was plentiful.

Julie is a great host, very helpful and friendly. Plus she makes a great breakfast. The location is quite convienently placed next to Circus and Jules Verne house, and just a small walk into the city center.
A spacious room, with all facilities needed; kindly stuff and a great restaurant inside. Breakfast was lovely! a few minutes by car from the charming Amiens city centre.
The size of the apartment is bigger than I thought. Very comfortable for a couple or even with kids. Its a city center location with a quiet courtyard. Private parking was not available on our stay because the facility had some problem. Public parking/paid is available in the street with some effort to look for a spot. However, it is totally possible.
I enjoyed staying here and would recommend to all of you.

It was very cold and although we used the bar across the road which was good, we were more than happy to eat in the hotel.
It was in the city centre but very quiet with big opening windows which we love as we prefer fresh air.
The lady who checked us in was lovely and the lady running breakfast in particular was absolutely on the ball making sure every detail was right, anticipating what you were looking for.

Good location on quiet street about 15 minute walk from city centre . Baker and small supermarket within 100 metres Clean and well equipped with nice private terrace and private garage. Good communication with owner and nice touches such as bottle of local cider and cake for us on arrival.
That was our second visit to this hotel and we have a further one booked. We find it a pleasant stopover between the Channel ports and Paris. Well-run hotel, very handy for the city centre, with cheap, easily-accessible parking and excellent breakfast. Quiet room with large, comfortable bed.
