Professional and very helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable.They gave me food, more than I had paid for. Staff went out of their way to contact my mother in the UK, as I was robbed the day before I checked in into their hotel. I had no means of getting in touch with my family, but they made it possible. No words can express our love for this place, so we'll simply say that the accommodation was AMAZING! We took the 5-bed room (which actually was 2 rooms - 3-bed and a double bed one). It had a separate, tidy bathroom for us (the sink was in a yet another room, which made getting ready much easier) and the space was very clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen was also very tidy and well-equipped and the living room was extremely spacious and beautiful. Additionaly, the flat possessed a lovely terrace with a view of the ocean - perfect for an evening rest. Above all, the owner was an amazingly kind person who was always ready to help us out in case of any questions or problems. 10/10, highly recommend!

Close to Parque Maritime with swimming pools, opera house, large shopping centers, Palmetum. Old town and the city center are 25 minutes away. I have been to this hotel several times and I like the quiet but central location. It is a cheap hotel and no luxury but everything I need. When I first started to use this hotel they had the best wifi in town and it is still good.
Very good value for money accommodation on the outskirts of the city. Quiet street, average facilities, small room, but the roof terrace compensates. The kitchen and bathrooms are also good, the host is friendly and informative. The city center is quickly and cheaply accessible by public transport, the bus stop is 5 minutes walk.
Casa rural Juli is a wonderful, spacious, beautifully decorated house with a large fruit garden around it. It was great to have fresh fruit anytime. The entire place is very quiet, with awsome view of the surrounding hills. We loved mornings and evenings at the sun terrace. Sara is a great host, friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of useful information what to see at the north coast. I hope we come back before long.
It is super luxury and nice accommodation, which was for me and my small son real end of two months holiday. we loved the quiet place but close to the city center, small pool, the view on the volcano and all equipment in the house.
The communication is easy and we even got many welcome gifts - wine, fruits and chocolate. Private parking and easy access.
