EVERYTHING especially the caring service which was exactly what I needed after being so bummed missing my flight. I missed my flight & had to book here last minute. Im 49 so I wasnt too keen on staying at a hostel but it was all I could afford after having to buy another plane ticket & it exceeded my expectations. The staff who welcomed me were WONDERFUL! Such an enthusiastic super warm welcome & he carried my heavy luggage up the stairs for me, brought them back down & arranged a cab fof me back to the airport. I had yo do nothing, they handled everything for me like a luxury hotel would. The room was actually a suite with a stunning massive balcony. I had no idea hostels also have private rooms. I would totally stay here again & thanks to my experience here will search for private rooms in hostels

Stayed here with friends for the weekend to party and it was perfect. Reviews say that it gets loud but honestly it wasn’t loud at all, you can kinda hear some music in peoples bedrooms when you step out into the hallway but it was actually fairly quiet and we were there during peak time.

Beautiful quaint and quiet hotel with a lovely relaxing atmosphere and vintage decor. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The fresh fruit juices and glasses of bubbles at breakfast were an treat and really elevated the service of this family run place.
