Everything was perfect, location close to restaurants, pubs and most attractions in city centre. The reception open 24/7 with an amazing staff always helpful and smiling.

I'll leave just a description that might be helpful to others. This accommodation is on the first floor of a family house in a residential neighbourhood. Bathroom on the same floor. Run by a french couple (PACA maybe?) who live on the ground floor. Swimming pool outside (did not try it) and parking space with their cars.
I assume they only ever have one booking at a time - the room is the former bedroom of one of their children.

The hosts Sony and Rosie are exceptional. They prepare a great breakfast and attend to guest needs with a great attitude. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the room was clean, quiet and relaxing.
Everything! The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you want to relax with peace and quiet, this is it! It's a beautiful setting everywhere you look. Comfortable, informal and interesting. Beverages of all kinds are available via an honesty box system.

Rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Probably the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever had in a hotel. The shower was really good ('power shower'!). The area is very quiet, no traffic noise or any other disturbances. Conveniently close to the city centre of Valencia (+/- 30 minutes drive) but you would need to a taxi or a rental car. Staff is super friendly.
The car park underneath the hotel costs 5 euro per day, but the costs were waived. Breakfast buffet was OK, but not overwhelmingly good.
