The room was exceptional especially the bathroom. Room is large and comfortable with a nice balcony. Parking is inside and relatively easy to park. The grounds are well attended and it was very safe.

What a super quaint property.
Managed to park near by . Lots of steps but such a beautiful place in a walled city . The room was a bit small with a large dog but was comfortable . The owner was so lovely and the breakfast was incredible , such a lot of choice and she couldn’t do enough for us . There was cheese toasties, tostadas , eggs , nuts and lovely coffee.

This B&B is located on a quaint winding street of the old town and is full of character and charm. Our room was very comfortable, clean and warm. There were nice touches like a different set of pillows to ensure a good night's sleep, and a smart TV if you wanted to stream Netflix etc. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace with lovely views, a nice place to take in some winter sun in the afternoon. We would also highly recommend the breakfast, it was freshly cooked and the home made bread and jams were delicious. Overall it was excellent, we would like to thank the hosts for their excellent service and hope to return again.

We absolutely loved this cute little place. The location is just amazing - we had a view of the granary and the sea. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Peniscola. I am a little late leaving my review but I want to make sure I did leave a review because it was 10/10. Exactly what it advertised a lovely B&B with friendly staff, very clean and great location! Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay and would 100% come back! We didn’t stay for breakfast as we had to get going for our train but if it was as lovely as our stay, I am sure it would have been amazing.

The cave room is unique, below ground/built into the rock, so to some degree of damp is expected, but managed by dehumidifiers. On the upside it's very hard to quiet and peaceful.
It's a great location and the castle/old town is spectacular.
Breakfast over at the main hotel was good, with a range of options and a great view.
Self catering - no breakfast included . However, plenty of cooking/washing /eating facilities in the house. House was lovely with very secure, gated plot in front of the property, off a barriered lane/ private road (perfect for motorbikes or expensive cars as all lockable - ours is convertible so always a concern!) 50m from beach/ promenade/ shops/restaurants and bars. Very safe, quiet and peaceful.
Local bus stop to Peniscola one way and Benicarlo/ Vineros in the opposite direction. Very cheap trip!
