There is noone at the reception. The place is unsafe
Anyone can get it because the main door remains unlocked and there's nobody at the entrance to monitor people's movement. There's a sign for video monitor but where are they?
There was a bug spray can (for roaches) on the reception counter. That's a sign that this place is bug infected.
This place also has a foul odor. It needs better ventilation. It gives the impression of being a dirty place.

Clean room and bed. Basic hotel but adequate. Quiet at night. The toilet didnt have a door, which can be awkward if a couple is staying - Perhaps ask to confirm! Staff were friendly enough, but the ladies could smile a bit more!
The hotel was everything we were expecting plus an infinite pool. We loved everything from the room with a balcony sea view to the location.It was calm and quiet,close to the beach and to the restaurants.Private parking was great as well as gluten free breakfast options.Staff were very attentive all the time and helpful.
Very nice and spacious apartment and very well located (walking distance from Aquarama, Eurosol, Torreon, and town).
The apartment does not have swimmingpool, which makes it a cheaper option.
The beach is very close and you can choose between and sandy one or one with rocks but very quiet.

Everything. I travel a lot on business and this hotel manages everything excellently. It is a new building which is very tastefully designed and decorated with an excellent air conditioning system. The room and bathroom facilities are top standard and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also spacious. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and there is always someone there to make sure you can have anything else you might need. Great location too near the town centre but still quiet. The beach is at walking distance.
The staff were so friendly, went above and beyond for their guests. If you’re going to the festival, great location to walk there, also great not too far away from the beach. There’s a lot of cafes and restaurants near by and the street is still quiet at night!
