Very good location, there was an ALDI close by where you could buy food, snacks and water, restaurants in close vicinity, metro station nearby, staff attentive and friendly. Rooms cleaned daily and linen also changed daily, nice view of streets from window.

We arrived here on the last day of our travels and could not have been happier to end our trip in in such a lovely, beautifully designed place and neighborhood. Pati is a gracious and wonderful host who pays much attention to the details, making Casa Filomena extra special. Wish we had more time to enjoy the community kitchen. The street has many restaurants, bakeries and places to shop. Will definitely stay here in next trip to Barcelona!

One of the best hotels I ve ever been and I travel a lot
Great host, comfortable rooms, great terrace where you can drink morning caffe and eat your breakfast (caffe machine and sweet snacks at your disposal 24h), and drink wine in the evening. Commune space also includes a fridge. Great location, 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Gothic part of the city. Metro Line 1 and 4 just across the street. If you come to the Barcelona unprepared there are maps and city guides wait for you to take them.

Major points for being a well preserved heritage building, complete with the charming old style lift. Its also at a great location - i walked from the hotel to almost all the major tourist spots such as Sagrada Familia and the Cathedral. But its still a quiet neighborhood at night. There’s a grocery nearby and lots of restaurants and cafes that make you feel like living like a local!

This property was just so charming. It is a really large B and B on a whole floor of a beautiful building down a quiet street in Barcelona. Great location as just a short walk to main part of Barcelona. We had a room with a terrace. It was a large room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was great. The place is decorated so beautifully and Theodora the owner gave us lots of helpful information when we arrived.

Other than a small issue of not enough hot water on the first night, we enjoyed our stay, as the place was quiet and private, and we hardly saw anyone else. Not the place for you if you like to be sociable with other guests, but great for those who value privacy. Communication was good - replies were instant and requests were met. Cute little terrace.
