We enjoyed cosy room with view on ocean and island below and beautiful garden offering shade and tranquility. Jolanta offers delicious breakfast in her garden under the Bougainvillea tree. The place is completely quiet but so close to the ocean with nice beaches. We liked to stay there till afternoon just chilling out in a shade of trees

David the owner was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us solve a problem with our broken camera. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautiful! Showers and toilet spotless. Great place to walk from or to via the GR131.

Good location in los Cristianos, we were only staying one night but this is the second time we have stayed at the property as they have always been great at communication and is a nice property. We had to check in quite late due to flight delay but the owners were very helpful with check in. Would recommend for a short stay in the area!

It’s not a usually hotel or something, it’s really feeling like you got spanish vibe, owner Mary-Ann such a communicative woman, very kindly and ready to help if needed
We had two persons room at upstairs, actually the floor so loud when walking, but it’s not a problem
You have entrance to the terrace straight from room, such a nice but terrace is public, so every guests can visit by another way, when we stayed almost nobody visit terrace except us
In house also public kitchen there is perfect window with view on the city and ocean , daily room with tv, small balcony(this not a terrace where you can eat your breakfast
Free parking is on the street front of door, we always had parking place
Breakfast looks like buffet, fresh coffee, juices, cheese, jamón, traditional tortilla de patatas, fruits - our recommendation, good beginning for a day!
Not far from hotel are two restaurants La Bodega and Rincón Patio Bello recommendation by Mary-Ann, we were in both of them and we can say are so nice!

Perfect if you are arriving very late or leaving very early. Close to the airport. Breakfast was nice and the guy at the reception was very helpful.

The apartment is in a great location for local shops and restaurants but set back from the main area, so nice and quiet. We rented a car and to it was great to have a parking space. Communication with the host was excellent and it was lovely to have some

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and bars, but also very quiet at night. The view over the sea is spectacular.
The garage was lifessaving, as there is absolutely no parking spot on the street. You either pay 1,8 euros per hour or you have to walk 10-15 minutes up the hill where the free parking spots are..

Very clean and modern. Everything you need in a peaceful location. Sandor was very helpful and a nice guy to approach if you were to encounter any problems. Pool was quiet and felt private at times. Great location and not too pricey for cabs up and down the hill to the beach.
Other than unable not having a kettle or being able to work the TV, this apartment is correctly described as a luxury apartment. The facilities this apartment has to offer are incredible. We will definitely be back to use it. Great location for either a crazy holiday or a quiet relaxing beach holiday. The hot tub a amazing touch, we even used the gym facilities as they are such good quality.
