Everything was perfect! I had a great stay here. The bed was super comfortable, big rooms, nice breakfast. The owners were super friendly, took me to a shop and dropped me off at a meeting point where I got picked up. Highly recommend! Hope to come back one day:) Muchas gracias por todo!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Ruta de los Volcanes. The family who run it made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
They were generous with their time, helping us organise trips and making sure we saw the best of the area. The food in their restaurant was fantastic. fresh, homemade and perfect after a day hiking.
What made it extra special was their warmth and care. It felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. We left with wonderful memories of Cotopaxi and real appreciation for the people who made our trip so memorable.

Frank is an amazing host! He helped us so much with planning of the trips around. ( El Corazón, Iliniza Norte, Cotopaxi....) Chaupi was our base camp for the acclimatization in mountains in Ecuador. We spent in Frank hostal amazing one week and I can definitely say, that it was the best decision stay in Ilinizas Wasi. You can use a kitchen, pat their dog and cats, use the washing machine. Frank even helped us with booking a guide for Cotopaxi and he recommended us great guide Marco. ( From 8 groups we were the only ones, who reached the summit.)
I recommend this place 10/10.!

Amazing place! Food was fantastic, the host couple Raul and paula were very sweet and helpful. Wonderful nature with hiking trails and lovely hang out places at the hacienda.

Great location to start a hike in Cotopaxi. Nearly the closest proximity to the National park. Easy to find, fast check-in and one that works till late, good breakfast and adorable staff at site that was quite helpful finding the activities we need.
Really quiet, good games room, staff in dining room were attentive. Really comfortable room and had plenty of hot water, despite what other reviews say!
Perfect location. Not so difficult to join through Malachi with 4×2 and very near to north entry to parque cotapaxi. Lots of charm with fireplace in living room .Nice room and efficient small bathroom (standard private room) . Restaurant with choice ,inventive , good and nicely presented. You can go around by foot and see the horses in freedom . Nice horse ride at good price even for beginners with splendid view on cotapaxi snows and condors.
Quaint hotel, the ambiance was very well thought out and the views from the restaurant are amazing (on a clear day, obviously). Sebastian was super friendly and very informative, a great host. Rooms are big and beds comfortable. The breakfast was AMAZING, best we had in a month in Ecuador.
