Location: alongside the highway. Uber is needed to cross the highway to the other side to go to the downtown. For me this wasn’t a problem since the down town of Punta Cana is basically nothing and there is so much noise from a club that one shouldn’t even want to be on the other side of the highway but that’s personal.

Vladimir and Marisol are really friendly and helpful, providing travel tips and quickly sorting out any issues.
The location is good if (like me) you like a quite area away from crowds and noise, however it's not walking distance from beaches and shops. That is not an issue though, as Uber is cheap and quickly available.

This is a nice affordable property close to the public beaches in Punta Cana. I only stayed one night because I needed to catch an early flight the next day. The staff were helpful in booking me a taxi to the airport (1500 pesos). The shower had decent water pressure and the room was clean. I didn't use the pool because the beach is so close but I would have if I were staying longer.
