This place holds a truly special place in our hearts! A hidden gem in every sense, with the most incredible location—perched right above the ocean, giving you the feeling of being surrounded by the sea. The soothing sounds of the waves create an atmosphere of pure serenity.
What made our experience even more unforgettable was Christine. Her genuine care and kindness feel like they belong to a bygone era. She was always attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Christine has a remarkable soul, and we sincerely hope to meet her again someday.

friendly, quiet, homely
The lady who owns the place was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was nice and quiet considering the main road ran past it.
The town is small and friendly as well.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Really friendly and helpful hosts with good local knowledge. Quiet resort, felt safe and could park the car close to our room. Close to highway which made it easy to get around. Good storage in the bedroom and bathroom.
Charming, cosy cottage in delightful surroundings. We had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. Our hosts, Trish and Kyle, were kind and helpful. We suggest hiring a car to make the most of seeing all this beautiful island has to offer. Excellent value for money.
Great location on the beach and a reasonable price. Lovely housekeeping staff who kept it clean. Cottages were basic and dated but all we needed - I really enjoyed staying there. If we had selected the higher option on Booking.com though, to guarantee a beach front location, it would have been much more expensive and perhaps not worth it. Thankfully we realised by looking on the website that only beach front cottages were left so didn't pay nearly double to upgrade.
Nice and quiet location, clean and comfortable cottage, with complete kitchen equipment and mosquito netting on all windows. A good bed and a good working airconditioning in the bedroom and nice to have a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom. Trish and Kyle are very friendly and hospitable and always helpful with tips and advice. Good location to discover the northwest, and walking distance to the sea and some restaurants.
This is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My apartment was lovely and suitably equipped, with one balcony overlooking the river and a larger one on the other side. Very quiet location and not far to the nearest beach. The restaurant downstairs does good food although I think that the breakfast was slightly overpriced at US$10 for what you got, but for evening meals the prices were comparable to elsewhere.
