The location was right on the Bodensee! The town is small and peaceful, at least on the off season. The room I had included a small living room, which I wasn't expecting. The owners were very welcoming and did their utmost to care for their guests.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Lovely location, very close to beach and restaurants, a good starting point to explore the lake.

Very nice quiet place. Not far from the resort town of Unteruhldingen. You can walk to the lake in 20 minutes. The house has a swimming pool, table tennis. In the city 5 minutes from the house there is a bakery, so you can buy food even on Sunday. The apartment can accommodate a large family. The hosts are very hospitable and help in difficult situations. For example, they sent us forgotten things.
The location is amazing. Next to the lake, next to cycling path, next to public transport (bus). Quiet.

The owner and his wife are very welcoming and helpful, are always ready to give you any information you may need ; an excellent welcome.
The apartments are comfortable enough for 4-5 people. The kitchen has all the utensils, an electric kettle, and a Senseo coffee maker. There were pads for the coffee maker, but you can take extra pads with you if you like coffee. There is no microwave, but you can use an electric oven.
The apartments have excellent Wi-Fi. Opposite the house there is private parking for a car.
5 minutes walk to the lake. Near the lake there were several cafes and a Stilt house museum.
