Location was good, close to public transport. Staff was nice. I was only looking for a place to sleep for a single night, it attended my expectations. Breakfast was good (they charged it separately).

The location was great, only 3 tram stops from the main station, and you can easily walk there in 15 minutes too.
The staff was very helpful. In my case, due to an unforeseen cancellation, I had to move my booking with Gästehaus Ziegler to a later date, and they changed my booking swiftly and with no issues (even though I had not booked any cancellation or rescheduling options).

The location was perfect for a stopover. Not far from the motorway but not noisy. In a pretty industrial area but felt very safe. Free parking right outside. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Access to a kitchen was a real bonus and was equipped with everything you'd need to prepare a simple meal. We stayed in the room that slept 5 which was perfect for our family. We had sole use of a toilet and shower just down the corridor. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This place has an excellent value/quality relation. Is one of the cheaper options out there but you will have anything you might need. Do note I say anything you need rather than you want. There is no luxury here, perfectly foctional, quiet and clean place. If you want a big space or a fancy breakfast, this is not it.
