- I arrived during the hours when the reception was closed, so I had to do a self-check-in. However, they had left clear instructions with my name on the note in front of the reception door, making it easy to collect the key and access my room without any issues.
- The room was exceptionally clean, and everything was well-prepared. It was better equipped than most hotels I’ve stayed at. I was particularly impressed by the minibar in the room.
- The heating system was already on when I arrived, so the room was warm and cozy. The bathroom heating worked perfectly as well, allowing me to enjoy a warm shower.
- Breakfast was included and very satisfying, with a selection of bread, ham, eggs, yogurt, and a variety of beverages such as coffee, tea, milk, and juice.
- After checking out, I had a lot of time before my train departure and needed a place to store my luggage. They kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to travel comfortably before heading back. I’m truly grateful for their hospitality.

Great location for visiting the city. Transport links were good to get to city centre, we used the s bahn and U bahn. Close to Mercedes museum also. Loved the happy hour for half price drinks in the early evening! Rooms were very comfortable.

Great location, it is not in city center, but very easy and cheap to reach by U-bahn stop " Im Degen " ( keep transport ticket to get discount in the museums ). The area is safe and green and quiet to sleep.

Staff is kind, friendly and helpful, receptionists were very nice and warm welcoming.

This place has an excellent value/quality relation. Is one of the cheaper options out there but you will have anything you might need. Do note I say anything you need rather than you want. There is no luxury here, perfectly foctional, quiet and clean place. If you want a big space or a fancy breakfast, this is not it.
