Friendly staff, good location (close to both old town and Spreewelten), especially as we arrived by train. The concept of the room decorations was great, it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in a nearby hotel was good. Grocery shop and a couple of restaurants in immediate vicinity. We enjoyed the included tickets to Spreewelten.

We spent one night at the hotel. We arrived late, the owner made every effort to leave the key, as the reception is open until 5 pm. But that's where the positives end. The breakfast was not bad

Great hosts, very friendly and accommodating. This accommodation is very simple and may be somewhat outdated, however, it was very clean and all the supplies (such as kitchen supplies) were new. The hosts gave me a lot of helpful advice about what to see and do. There is a supermarket just 3 mins walk away. The bus stop is around the corner.
The apartment was VERY clean, well equipped, the bed was huge and confortable, very quiet and calm place to relax for a week-end or longer.
Our host even rented us a great bike to have a tour in spreewald.
Stephanshof Hotel was spectacular. Very professional and friendly. I don't speak German but they found ways to make communication easy. The room was clean and cozy. The view from my room was beautiful. Breakfast was included and it was excellent! Many options to choose from. They also had kayaks (paddle boats) to rent for super cheap. My stay here and kayaking the Spree River was a highlight of my trip to Germany
The place is very nice, cozy and you get a great feeling of camping. Each bungalow have a private and a common terrace, a grill and the possibility to rent a canoe for a fair price. The host was often there and he was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place!
We booked breakfast late and it was excellent. All the staff were very organised and friendly. It's a pretty hotel in a quiet area surrounded by trees. Peaceful.
